발달장애 학생의 대학생활 적응을 위한 스포츠 및 여가 활동 탐색
본 연구는 발달장애 학생의 스포츠 및 여가활동에 미치는 선행연구 및 문헌을 고찰하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 발달장애 학생의 대학 생활 적 응을 위한 스포츠 및 여가활동을 중심으로 대학교육에서 그 방안을 탐 색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달장애 대학생은 학 업 기술의 어려움, 과도한 행동, 품행과 관련된 문제, 사회적 관계 형성 의 어려움 등으로 대학 생활 적응에 많은 스트레스를 받는 것으로 나타 났다. 그러나 스포츠 및 여가활동은 발달장애 학생에게 나타나는 문제들 을 완화 시킬 수 있다는 것을 선행연구 및 문헌을 통해 그 효과를 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 스포츠 및 여가활동을 중심으로 대학 생활 적응을 지원 방법은 1) 자기 및 환경이해, 문제해결 능력, 협력관계 유지, 우호적 사 회적 관계 형성 등에 도움이 되는 모둠 활동을 활성화하는 방법 2) 자존 감을 높이는 습관 형성 생활체험 프로그램 적용 3) 정보활용 능력을 통 한 IT기술 및 인공지능을 활용한 다양한 스포츠 프로그램 적용이다. 이 연구는 인간의 보편적 활동인 스포츠 및 여가활동을 활용하여 발달장애 학생의 대학 생활 적응 방법을 모색하고 그 필요함을 제시했다는 점에 의의가 있다.
Exploration of sports and leisure activities For university students with developmental disabilities to adapt to college life
The purpose of this study through a literature survey is to diagnose the factors that make adaptation difficult for college students with developmental disabilities, focusing on sports and leisure activities, and the effects and roles of activities, and to develop an inferential method to support college life adaptation. The results are as follows. First, college students with developmental disabilities were found to be under a lot of stress in adapting to college life due to excessive behavior, lack of abnormal behavior, problems related to conduct, problems in academic skills, and difficulties in forming social relationships. Second, as a method to support adaptation to college life centered on sports and leisure activities, 1) A method to activate group activities that help forming friendly social relationships 2) How to apply a life experience program through habit formation 3) various program application methods using IT technology. This study is meaningful in that it examines the actual conditions of college students with developmental disabilities seeks ways to utilize sports and leisure activities, suggests the need for them.
